Unit may be rented without the furniture.

Lease conditions:

1) A security deposit equivalent to one month's rent must 
be given at the signing of the lease. The amount will be 
returned at the end of the lease after inspection of the 
premises by the owner and / or his representative; 
Any necessary repairs or replacements, caused by the 
tenant, other than normal wear and tear, will have to be 
paid by the latter - either to the unit itself, the 
appliances, the dish set or the furniture.

2) Any offer is conditional on a credit check, proof of 
employment and reference check, to the satisfaction of the 
owner;

3) The renter must provide proof of tenant insurance/civil 
liability (2M) before receiving the keys;

4) No short-term rental, no sublets allowed;

5) The property can not be painted;

6) Non-smoker, no growing of cannabis plants;

7) No pets allowed;

8) In the event that a key / fob is lost, the tenant will 
have to pay the costs necessary to change the keys;

9) The tenant agrees to respect the regulations of the 
co-ownership and will be responsible for paying for any 
violations billed to the owner during the lease;

10) An inventory of the furniture will be signed by the 
tenant before receiving the keys;
